Had issues with the refrigerator not working and a heavy unit that was tough to move. Noise from outside and neighbors was disruptive, especially with trucks running all night and loud jacuzzi tub sounds.

I was on a short transit stay and really appreciated the comfort of the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The room was clean and easily accessible, which made settling in a breeze. It’s conveniently located near several dining options, and I found it especially nice that there were grassy areas around for my dog to enjoy. However, I did experience some noise from outside, which made it a bit challenging to sleep soundly.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Quality Inn Russellville I-40. The room was impeccably clean, and the bathroom featured a spacious sink area that was quite attractive. The group stay for our Jeep event was fantastic. Check-in was smooth, and the receptionist was incredibly helpful, directing us to breakfast options and accommodating our needs. However, the noise from the surrounding area was disruptive. the parking lot lights were in need of repair, making nighttime walks a bit unsafe without a flashlight. The breakfast could use some improvement as well. it felt a bit limited during our visit, not meeting our group's expectations. Parking was easy, but the noise from trucks and neighbors using the jacuzzi tub was quite loud.

The staff went above and beyond during our stay, even arranging a Taco Truck for guests! Facilities were clean, and the bed was supremely comfortable.
